Damaged Or Incorrect Products

We accept return requests only for unused products in good condition. STRANGE SCENT PERFUMES- L.L.C - O.P.C reserves the right to refuse returns of products that have been damaged or used by the customer.

Customers can initiate a return within three days from the date of receiving the order from the shipping company.

Order Processing Time

STRANGE SCENT PERFUMES- L.L.C - O.P.C aims to process and deliver all orders within 3 working days. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Days

We ship orders on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed outside of working hours will be processed on the next working day.
